■ How to Apply

1. Purchase a guitar or bass from Sound House.

2. Set the shipping destination to GLIDE Guitar Works.
　You may also receive the instrument first and then send it to GLIDE Guitar Works yourself.

3. Apply for the Maintenance Pack through the application form on the official GLIDE Guitar Shop website.

4. PLEK adjustment and other maintenance will be performed.

5. After the maintenance is completed, the instrument will be shipped back to you.

■ Important Notes for Application
In the “Guitar Model Name” field on the application form, please enter:
Model Name + “Sound House Order Number XXXX”
