We ship products even during the closure period. Still, due to an increase in logistics volume and a change in the transportation company's structure, we expect that we will not be able to meet your desired delivery date. In addition, same-day delivery services will be suspended during Golden Week, and items with unregulated (large) sizes will be sequentially delivered after Golden Week. Please consider placing your order with plenty of time to spare for delivery.

Inquiries by phone or email will be accepted on normal business days. Information that involves confirming the manufacturer may be announced as soon as it is confirmed after the manufacturer's closure.
The head office showroom will also be open according to the schedule above, but depending on the crowds, entry may be restricted.
