but due to an increase in logistics volume and changes in the carriers' operations, there may be times when we cannot meet your desired delivery date. Also, the same-day delivery service will be temporarily suspended during the Golden Week period. Please consider placing your orders with enough lead time to accommodate these potential delays.

We will accept inquiries via phone and email on regular business days.
Regarding guidance that requires confirmation from the manufacturer, there may be a delay until after the manufacturer's holiday ends, and we will inform you as soon as we verify the details. As for the main showroom, we will conduct front-desk operations on regular business days, but entry may be restricted depending on the crowd conditions.
