Technics, Panasonic Corporation's dedicated audio brand, introduces a new standard model of direct drive turntable, the SL-1200GR2.

The successor model to the SL-1200GR, which employs the latest technology in 2017, the SL-1200GR2 inherits the technology of the SL-1200G. It adopts the new motor drive technology "Delta-Sigma-Drive" to achieve even higher sound quality and a low-noise switching power supply. It also has a Multi-Stage Silent Power Supply. This switching power supply combines a low-noise switching power supply with a noise reduction circuit. The product combines the low-noise power supply technologies that Technics has cultivated to achieve even higher sound quality over the years.
