Sound House and TuneCore Japan have collaborated to hold this year's OTODAMA GRAND PRIX, a music contest to support independent artists' musical activities. Entries are now being accepted. This year's "Band Contest" is open to bands and offers a variety of prizes, including Sound House's S-Points worth 500,000 JPY to the top prize winner.

Ichika Nito was ranked 8th in the "100 Best Guitarists of All Time" by the readers of the British guitar magazine "Total Guitar," and currently has over 2.4 million subscribers on YouTube and more than 960,000 followers on Instagram, despite his category as a guitarist. This musician is a standout guitarist in Japan and deserves recognition.
In addition to his work as a solo guitarist, he co-wrote "more than life" with Travis Barker, drummer for Blink-182 and husband of Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest daughter of the Kardashians. The song was included on Machine Gun Kelly's album, nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album, and Ichika has received strong support from the world's top tier in songwriting. Ichika's well-honed sensibility and his one-of-a-kind guitar sound and technique have attracted numerous calls from abroad for him to provide songs and participate in music compositions.
On August 5, Ichika Nito collaborated with Clara Benin, a popular Filipino singer-songwriter, and released a new song, "Reflection," featuring Gota Yashiki on drums and Joseph Christian on saxophone.
