We will continue to ship products during Golden Week, but due to increased logistics volume and changes in the transportation system, we may need more time to deliver your order as per your requested date. Unfortunately, our same-day delivery service will be temporarily suspended during this period, and delivery of non-standard-size products will be arranged after the Golden Week holiday. We suggest placing your order well in advance of the delivery date to avoid any delays.

We are available to take phone and email inquiries during regular business days. Any information that requires confirmation from the manufacturer will be sent to you as soon as we receive a guarantee after the holidays.
Also, the head office showroom will be open on regular business days, but admission may be restricted depending on how crowded it is.
