The 3rd Toso Music Festival TOSO ART ROCK FESTIVAL Vol. 3", a music event organized by professional bassist Shinichi Ichikawa, the instructor of "Soundhouse: Bass Lessons from the Basics," will be held in Sammu City, Chiba Prefecture.
