■What is EWI SOLO?
EWI SOLO is the first model in the EWI series of popular wind synthesizers to feature built-in speakers. In addition to outputting to external speakers, headphones, and audio interfaces, the EWI SOLO can also play software instruments via USB-MIDI connection. Many of you may have heard EWI's sound, which has been evolving since the 1980s, in the melody of the F1 Grand Prix theme song "TRUTH" performed by T-SQUARE or in the original brass band arrangement "Treasure Island".
