At the music festival "Astroworld Music Festival" popular rapper Travis Scott performed in Texas, USA, the audience rushed to the stage on the afternoon of the 5th local time. Eight people were killed, dozens were taken to hospital and many were injured. Known for his flashy live performances, Scott said on social media that day, " I am absolutely devastated by what took place last night. My prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival. Houston PD has my total support as they continue to look into the tragic loss of life" his statement was released. He has promised full cooperation in the Houston police investigation and support for the affected families.
