SOLAR GUITARS, the guitar brand founded by Ola Englund, guitarist of the metal band THE HAUNTED, has released two new products with a 27-inch baritone scale. The low-priced A2.6C-27 uses a mahogany body and a string-through fixed bridge. Even with down tuning, it outputs a rich midrange sound that cuts through the band mix. The trans red finish A1.6 ATBR-27 uses a swamp ash body with an impressive wood grain. Coupled with the FISHMAN / Fluence Modern pickup, a sharp crunchy sound can be output. The baritone-scale guitar is characterized by the ability to obtain appropriate tension even with down-tuning, providing a comfortable playing feel and a tense sound.
