As part of the project to assist in the reconstruction after the Great East Japan Earthquake, Sound House dispatched founder Nakajima as a volunteer to cut and remove fallen trees blocking the roundabout route of Mt. Kinka in Miyagi Prefecture with a chainsaw.
Crossing over by boat from Onagawa, he started logging for the full day. A total of 200 fallen trees were removed by the three volunteer workers, and the tour route was cleared. We will continue to actively support reconstruction efforts to allow climbers to climb mountains safely with peace of mind.
