As a part of our support for recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake, our founder Nakajima was sent by Sound House sent as a volunteer on December 13, 2020 to cut down and remove fallen trees that were blocking a path around Mt. Kinka in Miyagi Prefecture with a chainsaw. He crossed Onagawa by boat to the mountain and spent the entire day felling trees. A total of 50 large trees were cut down, and a 1.6 km path around the west side of the island was cleared. We will continue to actively support the reconstruction of the area so that climbers can climb mountains safely with peace of mind.
