Everyone, have you heard of "6N OCC cable"?
The reason why these cables are considered high-end lies in their material!

To explain briefly, the cable uses copper with very few impurities, resulting in high sound resolution.
"6N" indicates the purity level, meaning 99.9999% pure OCC copper. Such high-purity copper is expensive, making it rare in cable production.

Previously, we had DK from the popular YouTube channel "Sound Design Lab."—known for equipment and cable reviews—test and explain these cables in a video. In that video, he also detailed the 6N OCC. It’s a must-watch to understand the important factors in choosing cables and the allure of our high-end cables. Be sure to check it out!

What is Sound Design Lab.?
Sound Design Lab. is a channel where sound designer and active band member DK explains tips for sound creation and how to use various equipment. Drawing from his extensive experience in creating pedalboards for numerous guitarists and bassists, as well as modifying instruments, DK provides the most detailed explanations based on his practical experience as a current band member.

For those of you who've seen the video, I'm sure you'll agree, it's pretty amazing that cables in this price range are being compared to high-end cables that cost 10,000 or 20,000 yen!
As your cable specialist, I've personally been using both the microphone and guitar cables for about two months, and I can confidently say that these are cables you absolutely must try out. They are incredibly transparent and offer excellent sound separation!
I highly recommend them, so please consider giving them a try if you have the chance!
Here's to a great music life with great cables!

And finally, we've picked out some customer reviews for your reference!

■ HMX010 ♪♪♪♪♪ [Great value for money]
I bought this as soon as I heard about the new product. I think this price is really amazing for a 6N OCC cable. The connectors look like Neutrik but they are not. But the quality is not bad. The thickness is about the same as mogami2534 and the handling is sufficient.
The sound quality is like mogami2534 with the added resolution of a high-purity conductor.

■ HMX050 ♪♪♪♪ [I think it's worth owning multiple cables]
Although this is marketed as a microphone cable, I connected it to the OUTPUT1 of my Quad Cortex and sent the signal to the mixer.
First, I connected the studio's standard Canare cable to OUTPUT2 and compared the sound by adjusting the PAN in the scene settings. I noticed a slight increase in overall volume, as well as in the ease of hearing certain parts of the audio.
While the harshness seemed reduced, it didn't feel particularly veiled and I would say it's still clear.
I don't have an analyzer, so I can't pinpoint which specific frequency bands are affected.
It's hard to say that it's perfectly flat.
Regarding noise, the sound seems to have become slightly cleaner with less distortion, so there might be some reduction.
In the case of guitars, this slight difference can drastically change the impression, and less noise isn't always better, so opinions may vary (I don't know how many people use XLR to the mixer, but I think this usage is not uncommon these days).
Of course, it's safe to say that external noise is shut out unless it's extremely strong.
It seems that the connector is not Neutrik (although it looks similar, the difference is clear when compared side-by-side, and there is no brand name).
Overall, I would say the result is a sound that is easy to listen to, with well-defined contours and moderate elasticity.
As mentioned earlier, it's hard to say it's perfectly flat, but I think this cable allows for an easier-to-handle sound.

■ HGC030R ♪♪♪♪♪ [Durability is unknown, but the build quality is very high]
First of all, the parts are excellent. The phone connector uses a one-piece cap similar to NEUTRIK, so once it's locked, it won't slip inside. Also, the soldering between the cable and the connector is neat, and I like that the core wire is covered with a tube after soldering to prevent anything from touching it.
Also, unlike conventional cables, this cable is thinner and more flexible, making it easier to handle.

■ HGC030 ♪♪♪♪♪ [Unbelievably good for the price]
I compared it to the SOMMER The Spirit XXL I purchased at the same time.
The brilliance and clarity of the high frequencies are comparable in both, and I think this is an exceptionally clear sound for a cable in this price range.
The SOMMER has a stronger low-end presence, but conversely, the HGC sounds cleaner, so if you're looking for a sharper, more defined sound, this one might be better suited for you.
The plug also looks like a Neutrik plug at first glance and is gold-plated, so it looks good too.
The stiffness is just right, and it doesn't tangle easily, so I think it's more than enough as a cable for everyday use.
I really felt Sound House's commitment to quality with this one.
