Here is the Premier Grateful Dead SS, Satin Walnut Custom Artwork! It stands out among other guitars. The first thing that catches the eye is the large rose on the lower part of the body! This guitar is actually a model commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Grateful Dead's American Beauty album released in 1970. This rose with a strong presence is an illustration that was also drawn on the jacket artwork at the time. It looks like a pressed flower and is very stylish and attractive!

*By the way, what is the Grateful Dead...?
A rock band formed in California in 1965 that represented the hippie and psychedelic culture. Their musical style is a fusion of country, folk, jazz, rock, among others. They have a large number of enthusiastic fans, including being selected as “one of the 100 greatest artists in history” by Rolling Stone Poetry.

What a surprise, the words AMERICAN BEAUTY 50 YEAR ANNIVERSARY and a rose illustration are also on such a place! The binding on the body top and back, headstock and neck are decorated with mother-of-pearl acrylic block position markers. Other details such as the pegs and truss rod cover are also carefully designed. FYI, the truss rod cover design was inspired by the skyscrapers of New York City where Art Deco architecture, such as the Empire State Building, was popular in the 1930s!

The materials used are maple for the body and Oban Cole for the neck. The scale is a common regular size 25”, and the width and shape of the body is easy for women to hold. It is also equipped with a dual action truss rod, which can be adjusted on the head side. Two SEYMOUR DUNCAN humbucker HB-102N and HB-101B pickups are installed. The control layout is 1 volume, 1 tone, and 3-way pickup selector.
