• Vega-Trem Introduces the Next-Generation Tremolo Unit “VT1 Special” Featuring a Brass Block!

  Vega-Trem, known for its innovative design that enables Floyd Rose–level dynamic tremolo action without any modification, has released its latest series: the “VT1 Special standard” and “VT1 Special 2-points.”
  At the heart of the unit, a high-quality brass tremolo block has been adopted. Compared to previous stainless steel models, this delivers a warmer tone with enhanced low-mid richness and improved sustain. The remaining components are made from durable stainless steel, achieving both reliability and musical resonance.
  In addition to the “standard” model compatible with 6-screw mounting, the lineup also includes the “2-points” version, ideal for modern guitar specifications. Four types of springs with different tension levels (High / Medium / Low / Extra Low) are included, allowing players to finely adjust the bridge response and arm resistance to suit their preferences—such as how much the bridge lifts during bending.

  This year, we saw a notable number of middle school students participating. We were treated to many wonderful original songs that truly showcased each band’s unique personality. The judging process was extremely difficult, but… the winning bands for each award have finally been decided!
