  Electro-Harmonix has released the “Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi 2,” a new model packed with professional-grade features and based on the circuit design of the "Big Muff 2," which was once considered a legendary and hard-to-find model featuring dual op-amps.
  While maintaining the Big Muff’s signature saturated distortion and infinite sustain, it delivers the high versatility modern bassists demand. The CROSSOVER section, which can be turned on and off via a footswitch, allows for independent adjustment of the high-pass filter (HPF) on the distorted side and the low-pass filter (LPF) on the clean side, allowing tight, focused bass tones and edgy fuzz tones to coexist.
  It also features a BLEND control to mix the clean and distorted signals, as well as a GATE to suppress noise. In addition to a -10dB input pad for active basses, it includes a full complement of connectors—such as DI OUTPUT and DIRECT OUT—making it ready for both studio and stage use.
