  GENSHI SHINBO, a Pink Floyd tribute band led by Takehiko "Shake" Kogure, gave an impressive performance at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall on June 18.
  
  The band's performance, which featured their already outstanding musicianship, lighting, and sound system based on a thorough knowledge of the Floyd mindset, has become the talk f the town among fans as a performance that will remain in the annals of Japanese Western music history.
  
  The event "The 50th Anniversary of the Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd Trips in Osaka" will be held on Saturday, August 26, in Osaka, where you can experience the historical taging of GENSHI SHINBO. The venue is "Ajien Universe," a hall with an attractive interior and exterior that tickles the heart of Showa-era Western music. The main contents of the event are a reenactment of Floyd's live film "Live at Pohnpei" in the first part and a reenactment of the well-known classic album "The Dark Side of the Moon" in the second part. The first part will be a collaboration with the VJ creator group "Cosmic Lab" led by Colo Müller, bringing the ruins of Pompeii and the prism of The Dark Side of the Moon back to life in a psychedelic way. The live reenactment of Floyd's experimental period will be performed in the unique mood of the venue, along with a video presentation, making this a performance that will surely be an ultra-trip.
