  We want to inform you of our business and shipping schedule for the year-end and New Year holidays.
  
  We will be open until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 29. We will be available for regular business from 10:00 a.m. on January 4 (Wed.).
  
  Please note that there may be more delays than usual in arranging for ordered products during the year-end and New Year holidays, as manufacturers will be closed both in Japan and overseas. Also, since delivery delays are expected due to traffic conditions, increased cargo volume, bad weather, etc., we ask that you place your order well before the delivery date.
  
  *For oversized items (large items), delivery will be unavailable for longer during the year-end and New Year's holidays. Please get in touch with our sales department for details.

Due to the heavy snowfall in northern Japan and areas along the Sea of Japan, there have been stoppages in package pickups and significant delivery delays to the affected areas. Delays may also occur in other areas. In addition, due to the increased logistics volume associated with the year-end and New Year holidays and changes in the shipping company's system, we may need more time to meet your requested delivery date.
