  Due to heavy snow, package collection has been suspended and delivery has been delayed in Hokkaido, the entire Sea of Japan side of Honshu, and parts of Kyushu and Shikoku.
  In addition, the target area and scheduled delivery times may be affected by future weather conditions and road conditions.
