Burt Bacharach passed away on February 8 at his home in Los Angeles. He was 94 years old. Burt Bacharach's songs include "Baby It's You" by The Shirelles and The Beatles, "This guy" by Herb Alpert, and You Know My Name," the theme song for the movie "007/Casino Royale. Burt Bacharach's orchestral recordings were also loved by many families in the Showa era, and in the 1990s, Bacharach's works were reevaluated during the Shibuya-kei boom.
