  We have just received the LP1400-C3 Udu drum, a percussion instrument shaped like a pot, from LP (Latin Percussion)!
  The udu drum is a folk instrument that is said to have originated with the Igbo of Africa. The LP udu drum was designed based on African tradition by ceramic artist Frank Giorgini. It can be played by hitting any part of the drum with the palm or the fingertips. The textured surfaces provide additional tonal variations by creating rubbing sounds.
