The latest firmware (v3.5.8328) for the popular Soundcraft “Ui24R” digital mixer has been released.

The changes in this update are as follows
- Integrated to work with all Ui24R serial numbers
- Improved performance for USB file playback longer than 1 hour
- Performance improvements related to USB audio stream consistency
- Improved performance when cascading between different serial numbers

Software update procedure
1. download the UI software update file as a .zip file from the Soundcraft website
2. copy the .zip file to a USB flash drive. (Note: Before copying, make sure there are no files with a .zip extension on the USB flash drive).
3. connect the device to the product via Wi-Fi and open the control screen from your browser
4. insert the USB flash drive containing the .zip file into the USB port of the product.
5. once the software is recognized, a message will appear asking if you want to update the software. Press "Update" to start the update.
6. when the update is finished, disconnect the USB memory stick and turn off the power.
7. after at least 10 seconds, turn the power on again.
8. open the ABOUT screen and confirm that the new version of the software is displayed on the screen.
