In Narita City, Chiba Prefecture is where you’ll find the headquarters and showroom of Sound House.
While the showroom mainly displays musical instruments, audio, and lighting equipment from brands that Sound House distributes, as well as their own original products, they also have a lesser-known section: gaming and office chairs!

This time, I assembled the newly released 2025 POC20 model for the showroom display.
In this article, I’ll walk you through the assembly process and highlight some of the key features of the product.

Assembly Instructions
Here’s what it looks like when you unpack everything!

The package includes a clear, illustrated instruction manual, so follow along with it as you go!

- Attach G to F.
- Attach E to 1.
- Attach A and D.
※ Don’t forget to use screw H and cap J!
- Attach B to 3.
※ Use screw I
- Attach C to 4.
※ Use screw H - Combine 2 and 5!!
And you're done!

It took about 20 minutes to complete!
The POC20 is slightly smaller compared to other gaming/office chairs, so it was easy to assemble even by one person.
Product Overview
Its best features are the mesh material and flip-up armrests!
1. Mesh Material
The backrest and seat use high-quality mesh material, allowing for a comfortable experience even during the hot summer months. The surface feels smooth and breathable, so unlike leather materials, it doesn't stick to your skin!

2. Flip-Up Armrests
While armrests on most chairs are fixed, this flip-up design allows you to raise them, as shown in the image. You can lift them when playing guitar, and lower them for desk work, allowing you to adapt the chair to different uses.

After actually using the chair myself, I found the lumbar support to be just right, and even after sitting for long hours, I didn’t experience any back pain. Thanks to the mesh material, I could stay comfortable without feeling sticky from sweat, even in summer!

Even though we tend to group them together as gaming chairs or office chairs the materials, sizes, and features can vary greatly.
I hope this guide helps you consider your intended use and environment when choosing a chair!
Also, the assembly process for other PLAYTECH gaming and office chairs is almost the same as for the POC20, so if you run into any trouble during assembly, feel free to refer back to this guide!
