A plastic trumpet that became a hot topic in rating programs. PLAYTECH's PTTR100 series, which focuses on price and quality, has been upgraded! I will include blowing comparisons and thoroughly explain spec differences with the metal products!

The plastic trumpet has evolved to the point where celebrities could not distinguish between brass and plastic tubes when listening to the performances of professional players. Sound House's PLAYTECH private brand has re-released upgraded instruments due to their popularity.

Before introducing the new model, let's summarize the features of the plastic trumpet.

▶Easy maintenance
Washable in water and suitable for outdoor performances. The body does not dent even with a slight impact.

▶Light and easy to blow
The weight is about 500g as compared with 1 to 1.2kg for brass Because the instrument is light, it responds even with a little breath, and it is especially easy to emit middle and high pitched sounds. It takes more getting used to than brass to hit the notes dead on.

The inside of the piston is made of metal, but the mouthpiece and body are plastic, so the risk of allergic reactions can be reduced.

■ New colors! Abundant color variations!

In addition to the existing colors, green, white and yellow have been added.

10 colors in all: black, blue, green, orange, purple, red, white, yellow, gold and silver.

It is gorgeous just to arrange different instruments in pop venues and outdoor parades!
Gold and silver are painted as before, but other colors are colored by adding paint to the plastic resin material.

In addition to the third trigger that is only available on some high-end plastic tube trumpet models, we have included the 1st trigger as well.

■ Care

Although maintenance is relatively easy, it is essential to drain the slide tube and lubricate the pistons. Nevertheless, the good thing about plastic instruments is that they can be washed even if they get dusty in the open air.
