Huh??? Is it morning??? Oh, morning shipping begins! Same-day delivery! Restocking the warehouse... I wonder if there are instructions... The truck has to depart by 8 o'clock. There’s an executive meeting from 7 o'clock. Is everyone here! It looks like there are still some sick staff members? Staff members with sick mothers, are they okay? Some staff are starting to get sick during the depression season also worry me. I have to follow up on them without overdoing it... How’s the exchange rate??? Will the NY Dow crash reach a plateau, or is it likely to fall further??? I have to check the charts. What time is the meeting today? What’s my schedule today...?

Oh, where am I now!?!? Oh, right... I just took a nap, when I gently awakened, it was night time New York. NY where day and night are the exact opposite of Japan. JAL flights departing at 6:30 pm arrive 12 hours later at exactly the same time at 6:30 pm. This is known as strongest time difference experience in flight. If you wake up in bed at night, you will not be able to fall asleep again, and you will experience amazing jet lag. This is extremely painful. So lately, I've come to hate traveling abroad to places with a time difference. Every time, I feel like my life has been shortened by a month. What’s more, I always feel like I lose more hair than usual. There is no doubt that the time difference has a great negative effect on the human body. Still, it is an unavoidable path because I work in music and do business with many American companies. No matter how much people say it’s an internet society, the relationship of trust between human beings is built up by "eating rice from the same rice cooker". There is way to become good friends just through email. So I often go back and forth between America and Japan and have face-to-face discussions. This is important. Therefore, I have no choice but to tolerate the fact that my hair is getting thinner.

Now, this is only a two-day trip to the east coast of the United States, but how fulfilling and enjoyable can I make it while working at the same time? To do that, I have to sleep at night. However, night here is daytime in Japan, and it’s time for a flood of emails from everyone. I get curious because there’s a lot contents that I just cannot ignore. If I didn’t let this bother me, I'm sure I'd get really fat, but recently I've started running again and I'm losing weight, so I want to shrink my waist. I managed to get down to within 3 kg of my weight of 62 kg as a teenager by running, but it’s getting more difficult from here. In the end, I couldn't sleep at night, and ended up greeting the morning while exchanging work emails with the people in Japan. And when I became sleepy, I now have to follow up with the American side again. Feel like passing out... If I continue this kind of thing, I won’t be able to live long. The nap may become eternal. I got to do something about this... zzzzzzzz
