Featuring a compact yet powerful 2-way Class D bi-amplification, the 8320A combines a powerful 4-inch woofer with Genelec's renowned acoustic design expertise and world-leading SAM (Smart Active Monitoring) technology. The SAM system is adaptive and highly capable, and when used with Genelec's proprietary GLM (Genelec Loudspeaker Manager) 3.1.0 software, it offers a host of groundbreaking features. AutoCal perfectly calibrates your monitoring system to your listening environment, compensating for room acoustic effects to create the optimal monitoring solution. GLM 3.1.0 lets you manage up to 45 smart monitors and subwoofers, enabling you to create the perfect mix for any setup, from simple stereo to ambitious immersive audio. Control options include recalling various listening position settings.

All of these features are combined with the uncolored, accurate sound reproduction provided by the Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) and the flat on- and off-axis response provided by the Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW). The result is an ideal compact monitor that adapts to your workflow.
