Variations

The 8330ARw is a powered monitor speaker from GENELEC. It features a 5-inch woofer and a 3/4-inch metal dome tweeter. GLM 3.1.0 can manage up to 45 smart monitors and subwoofers.

Ideal for facilities requiring a compact yet powerful and adaptable monitor, the 8330A delivers uncolored reproduction and the world's most advanced smart monitoring system.

The 8330A, a monitor chosen by professionals for its power and flexibility, combines impressive sound with smart features thanks to SAM (Smart Active Monitoring) technology. This Class D bi-amplified 2-way smart monitor, featuring a 5-inch woofer and 3/4-inch tweeter, is compact enough to fit into even the most space-constrained studios, while exceeding the expectations of even the most demanding clients.

Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) provides uncolored and accurate sound reproduction, while Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) ensures flat response both on-axis and off-axis. The 8330A also excels in adaptability and assistance. Genelec Loudspeaker Manager (GLM) 3.1.0 software provides features including AutoCal, which perfectly calibrates the monitoring system to the user's listening environment. It compensates for the effects of room acoustics to create an optimal monitoring solution. Furthermore, GLM 3.1.0 can manage up to 45 smart monitors and subwoofers, making it easy to create fully recallable setups from stereo to immersive audio.
