The 5060 Centerpiece is a mixer designed by the creators of recording consoles for studios in the 21st century. Custom transformers for lossless connectivity to high-end outboards, flexible monitoring systems, DAW transport controls, a 24-channel x2 mixing bus designed by Rupert, all in a desktop size.
Major features

New Class-A Topologies-New Class-A Design
The newly designed ± 24V Class A circuit on the 5060 is the key to delivering comfort and spaciousness to the mix bus by transmitting every detail of the signal. With zero crossover distortion and unmatched purity, the 5060 is exactly the desktop size of the 5088. By pushing the volume into the input channel and pushing the mix bus, the dynamic harmonic component is emphasized and you can find the sweet spot of the sound. However, in that case you may need to lower the master fader to prevent overloading the 2-track output.

Custom Transformers-Custom Transformers
The custom transformer on the 5060 provides a design that eliminates ground loops and is also the cornerstone of its outstanding sound. And the output transformer brings a traditional sound, and the Silk / Texture control adds the right amount of "color" to the mix.

Stereo Input Channels 1-8 --Stereo Input Channels 1-8
A professional grade 100 mm fader determines the volume of stereo input channels 1-8. Channels 1 to 8 can be switched to stereo or centered monaural signals with a switch. And it also has a mute and insert switch. Insert sends for channels 1-2 / 3-4 can also be assigned as talkback in the option settings. You can also use the insert sends of channels 1 to 8 as pre-fader sends to a multi-track recorder.

Stereo Inputs Channels 9-24 --Stereo Inputs Channels 9-24
The volume of the eight stereo inputs can be set with the rotary fader, and can be used as an AUX input for the stem.

Stereo Buss Master-Stereo Bus Master
A 100 mm stereo fader is provided for setting the volume of the master stereo bus. This fader determines the stereo output level of both the master and bus monitor. It also features transformer couple insert terminals and switches to allow you to add compressors and EQs to your mix bus.

Texture & Silk Red / Blue-Texture, Silk Red and Blue Mode
This is a variable control that allows you to control the double volume without damaging the sound of the entire channel to create an attractive sound. Silk and Silk + modes are also available to choose between vintage and modern characters. The Silk circuit works by reducing the negative feedback of the output transformer and bringing the frequency response closer to the vintage equipment Rupert Neve designed in the past. In "blue" mode, it acts on the low to mid-low overtones of the source material, giving the sound a fullness. The red "Silk +" mode emphasizes the mid-high to high-frequency overtones of the source material, giving the sound a "brilliance".

Talkback --Talkback
Equipped with a talkback system including a microphone. When you press the switch, the built-in microphone works and sends to inserts 1-2 / 3-4 at the set volume with dedicated output and optional settings. Also, when you press the talkback switch, the speaker output volume is temporarily lowered to the DIM level. It is also equipped with a 1/4 inch talkback remote input for remote control of talkback.

Transport Controls-Transport Controls
You can remotely control the standard transport controls in your DAW, such as play, stop, record, fast forward, rewind, loop, jog / shuttle and add markers, via MIDI or USB. When used in USB mode, it is compatible with Mac OS X 10.3 or later, or Windows 7 or later system environment. The transport section operates as a HUI or MCU device. * Do not connect MIDI and USB at the same time.
Monitor Source Selection-Monitor Source Selection
You can choose a stereo bus and three external monitor inputs as monitor sources.

Monitor Select --Monitor Selector
Select the speaker output. The monitor 3 switch can be "latched" on by holding it down, which is useful when connecting subwoofers for monitors 1 and 2.

Headphone Amplifier --Headphone Amplifier
Equipped with a reference grade headphone amplifier equipped with a dedicated level control. The selected monitor source is also sent to the headphone output.

Monitor Level --Monitor Level
Set the monitor output with a 21-step precision attenuator. By using the attenuator, the left and right stereo balance is handled accurately.
Meters-Meters
The VU meter displays the signal level of the selected monitor source in RMS. When the peak value is reached, the peak indicator glows red.

DIM --Dim Switch
DIM is a function for temporarily setting the monitor signal level to -6 dB to -30 dB. It works when you turn on the talkback or DIM switch. The DIM switch is used to reduce the speaker volume without moving the master fader. For example, you can lower the sound during mixdown without affecting the master or 2-track output.
