SENNHEISER, a prestigious German earphone brand, will release its flagship model, IE900, in full force!
SENNHEISER / IE900 Canal-type Earphone
I listen to high-end earphones from SENNHEISER and other brands in the high-end price range, but after listening to the IE900, I can say that the sound is really awesome! This is a really good sounding and wonderful earphone.
Now, let me introduce the IE900.

First of all, the package looks like SENNHEISER's familiar size.

When you open the package, you will find another box. In the center is the SENNHEISER logo. The design looks quite simple.

Upon opening the box, the IE900 immediately appears. It is firmly held in place by foam.

Once the foam is removed, the accessories are lined up.
There is a special case, two types of ear tips (one pair each of S/M/L size), a cleaning tool, and a cable.
The cable comes with a 3.5mm 3-pole cable, a 2.5mm 4-pole balanced cable, and a 4.4mm 5-pole balanced cable.
You can choose one that best suits your device’s connection.

When the case is opened, it looks like this: 2.5mm 4-pole balanced cable and a 4.4mm 5-pole balanced cable are included.

Then there is the IE900 main unit. The connector is a gold-plated Fidelity Plus MMCX. The connector snaps into place and provides a high degree of connectivity, but the peripheral of the MMCX connector has a unique shape, so compatibility with cables from other manufacturers has not been confirmed. This is something to keep in mind.

The housing is made from a machined aluminum block and has a simple yet luxurious feel that fully conveys high quality.
It is seamless and finely grooved, which again is its beautifully made craftsmanship.

The IE900 is equipped with three proprietary acoustic technologies: the newly developed TrueResponse transducer, the Triple Resonator Chamber, and Acoustic Vortex.
The TrueResponse transducers use a redesigned membrane foil (diaphragm) and voice coil to achieve a more stable sound. In addition, in the high frequency range, it is said to output natural and crisp sound quality. Of course, they are high-resolution compatible.

And the image above shows the triple resonator chamber and acoustic vortex used in the housing.
The housing, machined from aluminum block, has a triple resonator chamber (three grooves) and an acoustic vortex (hole in the center).
The triple resonator chamber improves response in a certain frequency range. The Acoustic Vortex reproduces a natural, expansive sound field.

My experience of the IE900's sound is a clean, easy listening quality, with a high volume of information, yet each sound is not blended together. It may sound commonplace, but even with music I had been listening to, I was surprised to discover new nuances and hear such a clean sound. What a wonderful resolution and reproduction of the original sound.
The bass and bass drum low frequencies are heard well, but without being clunky or interfering with the rest of the bandwidth, sounding clean yet rich.
The high frequencies have a clear, ear-splitting smoothness that is very pleasant to listen to.
The sound is so well balanced from low to high frequencies that it makes you think that this is the ideal sound.
The fit is also quite good, as they fit snugly in the ears.
The impression of the sound will change drastically if the ear tips are not fitted properly, so be sure to choose the best size ear tips.
I encourage everyone to try the SENNHEISER flagship model IE900.
The scheduled release date is June 1. We are looking forward to receiving your orders!
