The AT2020USB+ is recommended for those who want to record and stream videos with ease. Normally, an audio interface is required to record using a PC, but the AT2020USB+ operates with standard Mac and Windows drivers, so it can be used immediately by simply connecting it to a PC.

The AT2020 is the original model.

The AT2020USB+ is a USB-compatible model based on the classic condenser microphone, the AT2020.

Directional Characteristics

The directionality of the AT2020USB+ is unidirectional. It is highly sensitive to frontal sounds and less sensitive to sounds from above or behind.

Frequency Response

The flat, wide frequency response is suitable for everything from computer music to video streaming, podcasting, and field recording.

Direct Monitoring

Equipped with a headphone output jack for direct monitoring without delay. (on the rear panel)
Direct monitoring is the ability to listen directly to the sound input of the microphone through headphones, without the need for a connected PC.
The volume dial on the right side of the front panel allows for monitoring at the optimum volume.

Mix Control

The mix control on the left side of the front panel allows mixing of voice and pre-recorded sound sources. Turning it to the left increases the volume of the microphone input sound, while turning it to the right increases the volume of the sound through the computer. When turned up all the way, one side of the sound will be completely inaudible.
