<p>Regarding the symptom of &quot;no sound of one channel&quot; for the popular BEHRINGER PMP2000D mixer. This symptom may depend on the settings. Check that the POWER AMP selector switch is set to &quot;MAIN L/R&quot; just in case. * Other PMP series also have a changeover switch. Please check this when using.</p>

<p>Have you noticed a problem with only pin 1 of the XLR connector for the standard RODE microphone &quot;NT1-A&quot; being longer? Sometimes I get this inquiry. This is designed so that the pin 1 (ground) is connected first to reduce the shock noise when connecting the cable. This is not a defect but according to product specifications. This protects the microphone from electrostatic shock, which can damage internal circuitry.</p>

<h2>●Part 3 BEHRINGER / PS400 Phantom power</h2>

<p>This symptom that sound is not output from a condenser microphone even if connected to the PS400 Phantom power. You can select the voltage of the PS400 phantom power from &quot;+12V/+48V&quot;. Make sure that if the microphone requires +48V supply, the switch is set to +48V, not to +12V.</p>

    <li>Touch CHECK UPDATE.</li>
    <li>The current firmware version and the latest version are displayed.</li>
    <li>After touching UPDATE, touch OK to start the update.</li>
    <li>After the update is completed, the app will reconnect and EON ONE Compact will restart (CH1, CH2 yellow, CH3, CH4 green).</li>
