The German acoustic brand Neumann, renowned for its microphones, speakers, and headphones trusted by musicians and engineers worldwide, has released its first closed-back monitoring headphones, the NDH 20.
What is NDH 20?
The NDH 20 is a monitoring headphone that incorporates acoustic technology developed by Neumann through its professional microphone development, delivering a perfectly balanced sound ideal for monitoring and mixing.

Features
Studio-Quality Sound Anywhere
The NDH 20 is perfect for monitoring and mixing in noisy environments. The memory foam ear pads offer excellent sealing and are comfortable to wear for a long period of time, making them ideal for extended recording sessions.

Neumann Reference Sound
The NDH 20 is equipped with 38mm dynamic drivers featuring high-density neodymium magnets. These drivers are highly sensitive, minimizing distortion, and providing an exceptionally pure audio signal. This allows for accurate monitoring of the original sound’s expression and balance.

Rigid and Comfortable Design
The adjustable headband is made of flexible steel, and the ear cups (housing) are constructed from lightweight, high-quality aluminum. The headband is foldable for easy portability.
The NDH 20 also comes with two detachable cables (one straight and one coiled) and a 6.3 mm (1/4 inch) adapter.

Optimal Sound Quality for Monitoring and Mixing
The NDH 20 can be used in any situation requiring high sound isolation, such as monitoring by musicians and engineers in recording studios or concert venues. Its frequency range of 5 Hz to 30 kHz covers a wide spectrum, making it ideal for checking the upper and lower limits of the audio range. Additionally, its flat frequency response from low to high frequencies and accurate sound localization make it highly suitable for mixing tasks.
