Variations
The 5059 SATELLITE is a summing mixer composed of the flagship console 5088 and numerous circuits and custom transformers used in the Portico II series. The ultimate sound quality and operability are housed in a 2U chassis.
■ Main features
Texture
This is a variable control that allows you to control the double volume without damaging the sound of the entire mix, resulting in an attractive sound. Each of the two stereo outputs is equipped with Silk and Silk + modes for choosing characters from vintage and modern.
New Class-A Topologies-New Class-A Design
With zero crossover distortion and unmatched purity sound, the 5059 will be the cornerstone of future rack-mounted summing mixers.
Custom Transformers-Custom Transformers
The custom transformer on the 5059 provides a design that eliminates ground loops and is the cornerstone of its outstanding sound.
Dual Stereo Outputs --Dual Stereo Outputs
Equipped with two completely independent stereo outputs, you can set which output to send by the switch setting of the input channel. This specification is useful when making a stem mix.
Channel Level-Channel Level
Set the volume of the input channel from -∞ to 10 dB.
Channel Pan --Channel Pan
Sets the stereo localization of the input channel. Panlow is 3 dB.
Master Output Level --Master Output Level
Set the volume of the stereo output from -∞ to 0 dB. Each of the two stereo outputs is equipped with a dedicated volume control.
