PRESONUS / StudioLive AR12c Hybrid Mixer

The StudioLive ARc series is a high-quality analog mixer equipped with XMAX preamps, 3-band EQ, and digital FX. In addition to SD card recording/playback and wireless playback via Bluetooth, it also has a USB audio I/O function that supports multi-recording. It also includes Capture/Studio One Artist software for music production, making it an ideal all-in-one hybrid mixer for live PA, DJing, band rehearsals, home studios, and online distribution.

■Hybrid mixer developed for musicians
An analog mixer equipped with high-quality XMAX preamps / EQ / effects, a multi-channel USB audio interface compatible with 24Bit/96kHz, SD/SDHC memory card recording/playback, and Bluetooth audio receiver functions are integrated into one unit. Three models are available: 8ch, 12ch, and 16ch. It also includes Capture/Studio One Artist software for recording and music production, making it an ideal all-in-one hybrid mixer for live PA, DJ, band rehearsal, home studios, and online distribution.

■Flexible connections and controls
Full of flexible connections and controls needed for mixing and recording. Equipped with mic inputs with highly acclaimed XMAX Class A preamps, instrument (Hi-Z) inputs, line inputs, 3-band EQ, and more. In addition to the main output, it also has a monitor mix output with a dedicated bus for supplying to stage wedges, headphone amplifiers, and in-ear systems. It also has a control room output with volume control for monitor speakers.

■24Bit/96kHz USB Audio Interface
Recording and mixing at up to 96kHz is possible. A variety of instruments can be connected, and the USB-C compatible connection makes it compatible with almost all DAW audio interfaces.

■Direct connection of guitar or bass
Equipped with high impedance input (Hi-Z) on 1/2ch, it is possible to directly connect guitars and other instruments. It is easy to adjust the tone with the built-in parametric EQ and apply rich delay/reverb using the digital effects.

■Super Channel - Supports analog/USB/SD/Bluetooth
The last channel is equipped with a Super Channel. In addition to RCA stereo inputs and 1/8"" stereo inputs, you can launch low-latency Bluetooth 5.0 audio, SD/SDHC, and main output from a PC. In addition to analog inputs, you can play background music from an SD/SDHC card or play sequence tracks from a Mac or Windows PC connected via USB. You can also play wirelessly via Bluetooth.

■ Recording live or in a rehearsal studio
If you want to record a live performance, rehearsal, or online broadcast, there are two ways to do it. Connect to a computer via USB and use the included Capture or Studio One Artist software to record input channels and the main mix at up to 24-bit/96kHz. Or, record 16-bit 44.1kHz to a stereo SD/SDHC recorder. Up to 33 hours of recording is possible in WAV format (when using a 32GB SDHC).

■Freely play backing tracks and BGM
Two stereo streams can be played from a PC. Backing tracks, click tracks, etc. can be played. One stereo stream can be played using only the main unit or by using an SD/SDHC memory card. The Bluetooth function also allows you to play BGM directly from your smartphone.

■Recording with integrated software
Includes PreSonus Capture and Studio One Artist. Capture is live recording software that can be operated like a hard disk recorder. Recording is one click away. Studio OneArtist is a DAW that enables recording/production. Both are included for free.

■Digital effects that create sophisticated sounds
Equipped with a stereo effects processor with 16 presets. A variety of effects are available, from room, hall, and plate reverbs, to chorus and delay effects, and even a studio room emulation preset that provides a warm tone. A dedicated effect return with master level and dedicated monitor send allows you to adjust the amount of effects in the main mix and monitor mix.
