Variations

The UPS1000RT is a top-of-the-line UPS (uninterruptible power supply) model that uses a continuous inverter power supply. By using an inverter, it can supply power at a stable frequency and voltage both during normal operation and during power outages, providing 100% protection against momentary power outages. It's recommended for backing up home PCs as well as peripheral devices that are sensitive to power. バッテリー交換方法

CLASSSIC PROの無停電電源装置UPSシリーズのバッテリー交換方法をご説明します。 UPSには密封鉛酸畜電池が使用されています。このバッテリーの寿命は、使用頻度、放電の回数により使用寿命が変化します。通常2～3年となりますが、使用頻度、放電の回数など使用環境によっては0.5～1年短くなることがあります。バックアップタイムが短くなった場合は、バッテリーを交換することで長く安全にご使用いただけます。

These days, people increasingly use computers at work and at home. Many of us create data and work online. Even in the music industry, computers are essential for creating music using DTM. The most frightening problem that can occur while working on a computer is a power outage. Power outages can be caused by natural disasters like typhoons and heavy rain, or by human error, such as tripping over a power cable while using multiple appliances simultaneously. Unexpected power outages can not only result in the loss of data, but also waste time spent creating new content. In the worst case scenario, they can even damage the computer itself. A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is a convenient device that provides power from a charged internal battery, preserving data and ensuring time for a computer to safely shut down.

There are two types of output waveforms available during backup power outages: a block-shaped ""square wave"" and a wave-shaped ""sine wave."" The affordable square wave model (LX series) is compatible with most PCs, but in rare cases it may not work with square waves, so you will need to check that your device is compatible. The sine wave models (PSII series, UPS1000RT) have the same waveform as the power normally supplied from an outlet, and can back up peripheral devices such as hard drives and monitors in addition to computers, creating a safer power environment.
The CLASSIC PRO UPS (uninterruptible power supply) comes in two operating methods: ""line interactive"" and ""constant inverter."" The line interactive system (LX series) offers the advantages of being compact, lightweight, and energy-efficient. The PSII series (PSII series) supplies power normally, but if voltage fluctuations exceed a certain range, the AVR (automatic voltage compensation) function provides stable output. The continuous inverter type (UPS1000RT) uses an inverter to ensure stable voltage and frequency supply during both normal and power outages. It also supports momentary power outages (instantaneous power failures), making it a reliable and recommended power backup tool for devices with strict power supply specifications.
Five models are available, each with a different output waveform during a power outage, operating method, and battery capacity, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

雷や落雷など、突然の停電が起こった際に、作業途中のパソコン等の電源が落ちないよう、電力を一定時間供給をしてくれる装置「UPS」をご紹介します！

UPS（Uninterruptible Power Supply）とは「無停電電源装置」のことです。UPSの内部にはバッテリーが内蔵されており、パソコンに電源供給できない停電時には、一定時間、UPSから電力を供給されるので、突然のトラブルでデータが消失することはありません。もちろん、パソコンだけでなく音楽機材等にもお使いいただくことが可能です！

今週は天気も悪く大雨や雷が続き、業務中に突然、落雷による停電が起こりました。しかし、私のパソコンにはUPSが設置されていたので、復旧までの間、何事もなかったかのように作業を続けることができました。私自身、このような「無停電電源装置」の存在を知らなかったので、今回の停電で、このUPSの素晴らしさを実際に体験ですることが出来ました。

停電は頻繁に起こるものではなく、普段の生活の中で意識することはないかと思いますが、パソコンや音響機器などで作業する時は、雷が鳴っていようが雨が降ろうが、周りの環境は関係ないことです。そもそも集中して行っている仕事や作業を途中で妨げられることは大きなストレスになりますし、大切なデータを消失してしまうかもしれないトラブルは、事前に回避したいものです。そのような事態に遭遇する前に、このUPS「無停電電源装置」を導入してみてはいかがでしょうか？

サウンドハウスがプロデュースするCLASSIC PROの無停電電源装置（UPS）の中で最上位モデルとなるのがこのUPS1000RTです。何が一番スゴイかというと、他のモデルにはない出力電圧の常時電圧安定化機能の精度がスゴイです。動画を用意しているので見てください。入力電圧がスゴイ勢いで変動しても出力電圧は100Vのまま、停電が起きた時も一瞬の変化もなくバックアップしていることを確認できます。本来の用途はパソコン、PC周辺機器のバックアップ環境を構築となるところですが、サウンドハウスではデジタルミキサー用の電源としても人気があるようです。電源にシビアなモデルではちょっとした電圧変動や瞬間停電で、ミキサーがフリーズしたり、電源が落ちてしまうなんてこともあるみたいですが、その点UPS1000RTなら停電がない通常時もインバーター経由の安定した電源供給ができるので安心ですね。UPS1000RTはタワー型として据え置き設置の他、ラック耳を取りつけて19インチラックにマウント可能なところも嬉しいポイントです。

デジタル卓には必須ですね野外の現場など電源の質が悪い時や電圧の変動があるときなんかこれが有ると安心できます特に電圧にシビアなデジタルミキサーベリンガーx32にはうってつけ。これを使うとスイッチオンで電圧が低い場合も100vまで常にあげてくれますし歪んだ波形の電源でも常に刻み直して綺麗な波形にしてくれますもちろんUPSだから瞬間停電にも対応^ ^ 停電時も商用電源と同じ正弦波で100vを供給してくれます。ユニバーサル電源のX32とかなら、120Vで出力させるのもこの機種は可能なので、120で使ってみるのもいいかもですね。
ヤマハM7クラスの中型のデジ卓までならこれで充分　光城精工Arey mk2とかの機能（正弦波の歪率のオーダーがぜんぜんちがいますがぁ）にUPS機能付きでこの値段　いい時代になりましたぁ望むべくはプロオーディオ用として、1万値段アップでもう少し容量大きく、もう少し供給されるACの歪率を下げてもらえればベスト。1%以内なら、なおいいかな？？　負荷をかけた時の電源の波形の頭がすぐつぶれるのも改善してほしいなぁ。そうすれば値段から言って怖いもの無し業界標準も近い頑張れサウンドハウス
※ 実はこれ100vを120vへアップする機能もあります。
ステップアップ電源としてもつかえます。これ中々のポイントです。

素晴らしいの一言

いままで電源が心配なイベントでもFURMANの安定化電源AR1215Jに絶大な信頼を寄せて安心して使っていましたが、今年の冬の野外イベント時に夜になってAR1215Jを通したQuもSQも電圧変動で再起動、さらにAR1215まで赤ランプで電源ストップ。
１０秒位で復帰するもまた電源ストップ。他に電気を使われたのが原因でしたが次の日も同じ規模のイベントがあり、保管していたUPS1000RTを持っていって使ってみました。
いやーすごいです。夜になってまたもや電圧は100Vすっかり切っていましたがきっちり安定して100V供給。再起動一切なし。さらに、実は今回アンプ含めて音響電源すべて1000RTに通していたのですが、どこかの屋台が勝手に電源をとったようでブレーカー落ちる。しかしバッテリー駆動の1000RTだけでバンドは問題なく音を出し続けることができました。
アンプをつなぐことは推奨されてないかもですがポテンシャルの凄さを体験しましたね

無停電電源装置が必要なのではなく、交流を直流に変換した後に再度交流正弦波に整流してくれる常時インバート方式の電源が欲しくて購入しました。
開梱第一印象は、高性能の割に安くてお買い得品で大きくて重い事です。
不要なバッテリーは外して直結出来れば軽くなって有り難いのですが、電気知識もなくそのまま使用しています。
肝心の音の変化ですが、我が家は元から電源状態が良いかして目覚ましい変化は聴き取れなかったものの、200V電源の導入やアイソレーショントランスの導入などよりは効果がハッキリしているように思いますので、検討しているならこちらを先に導入することをおすすめします。
プロ機器特有の前面左右の出っ張りが邪魔で外して見たのですが、その下は塗装が省略されており、地金が剥き出しで唖然としました。
背面には空冷ファンが付いていて熱管理は安心ですが、吸い込みファンではなく、吐き出しファンのため、各所隙間から周りの空気を吸い込む仕様で、一緒にホコリも吸い込んでしまうため、改良して欲しいところです。逆方向の吸い込みファンであれば、百均でも買える換気扇フィルター等を貼り付けて簡単効果的なホコリ対策が出来るからです。
バッテリー寿命と関連して、5年十年と使う機器ではないのかも知れませんが、オーディオ用途で効果が高いなら十年二十年使い続けたいところです。
