We are now at the beginning of 2022. We are all very excited about the bright future of Japan this year as we have overcome the obstacles from the COVID-19 pandemic which has really been tough for everyone.

Since the founding of Sound House, we have always gone down our own unique path, and we always did what we thought was best to show our commitment to a company whose number one mission has always been to give back to society. This philosophy has not changed. Sound House still has a lot of work left to do.

Since the way we enjoy music is ever drastically changing, it is our duty as Sound House, a top ranking company in the industry, to respond to the needs of the people. We have been able to maintain our hopes to provide better products at lower prices since our founding. At the same time, it is important for us to actively and quickly develop projects that will help revitalize local areas. This is something that we feel only we can do.

When Sound House was still a small company, I would call out, “Let’s go!” to everyone and they would immediately follow me regardless of whether or not they agreed with me. However, now that we have more than 200 employees, it is not rare for me to find that no one is there to follow me. When something needs to get done and I have to get it done, sometimes there are only a few staff members who understand the importance of finishing tasks as a team. These days, I think that the Sound House family needs to work as one unit and be open enough to sharing more information together.

Our mission is to continue our contributions to society by providing excellent products and services to music enthusiasts with an understanding that Sound House holds the position as a leading company in the music industry in Japan. Sharing this mission together will motivate us to work harder and continue to build our new growth strategy. I hope that more and more staff members will understand the direction in which Sound House is going and they will continue to fall in love with the company.
