The RODE NT6 modular condenser microphone is packed with RODE's signature technology! The capsule and body can be separated by a cable, allowing for independent positioning. This versatile setup makes it ideal for a variety of applications, including film, television, video recording, live performances, theater, and theatrical performances. The remote preamp, connected via a dedicated cable, features a two-position pad switch and a high-pass filter switch. Despite its compact size, it boasts outstanding sound quality.

・The NT6 features the same 1/2-inch gold-plated diaphragm as the NT5, highly acclaimed by professional users. The included swivel mount allows for independent miking. The capsule uses a cable reinforced with Kevlar fiber. The capsule boasts a wide dynamic range and frequency response, and the preamp provides incredibly low noise and balanced output, all housed in a high-quality satin nickel-plated body. The preamp section features a pad (0dB/-10dB) and filter (flat/80Hz) switch. Adjustable microphone settings are possible without moving the capsule. Ideal for a variety of applications, including television, film, theater, live concerts, and surround sound recording.



Note: On RODE XLR connectors, pin 1 is longer than the other two pins. This is intended to ensure that ground pin 1 makes contact first when inserting the XLR plug into a socket. This protects the microphone from static electricity shock, which can damage the internal circuitry.
