＜＜Jun 2025 New Product！＞＞ The T50RPmk4CL is the latest closed-type model of RP technology headphones, which have continued to evolve for over 50 years since their creation and are used in professional music studios around the world.

■ Closed-type housing consistent with the T50RPmk4 series
- The closed-type housing is based on the semi-open T50RPmk4 housing, meticulously insulating all ventilation holes and meticulously tuned for sound balance. This enhanced sound isolation allows for focused monitoring of the original sound. The internal shape of the housing is also identical between the T50RPmk4CL and T50RPmk4, allowing you to choose the right fit for your task, from recording to mixing, without worrying about the sonic differences between closed-type and semi-open-type housings.

■ Fourth-generation RP driver
- RP Technology's fully-driven planar diaphragm driver, developed over 50 years of refinement, now features a new, fourth-generation design featuring an increased number of magnets sandwiching the diaphragm and a newly designed printed coil pattern to expand and uniformly distribute the vibration area of the planar diaphragm. Furthermore, the magnetic circuit components have been completely redesigned to optimize magnetic flux distribution, suppressing unwanted diaphragm resonance and delivering sharp, faithful sound response. Developed by fully incorporating a wide range of technologies cultivated over the years, the fourth-generation driver simultaneously achieves improved sensitivity, smooth frequency response for easy monitoring, and excellent transient response. By delivering accurate and detailed reproduction from deep bass to high frequencies, the driver delivers even greater precision in sound localization and sound field reproduction than previous models. As always, we ensure reliable quality through in-house manufacturing.

■Ambidextrous Cable Connection & Housing Reduces Left-Right Differences in Sound Quality
- Both left and right housings are equipped with connectors, allowing for left-right cable connection depending on the usage environment. Furthermore, by using the same shape for both housings, sound quality differences caused by differences in internal structure and volume due to the presence or absence of connectors are reduced. The connectors are 4-pole 3.5 mm, supporting balanced connections, enhancing usability and versatility. The cable uses high-quality OFC conductors. A separately sold balanced cable (φ4.4: ET-RP4.4BL) is available.

■ Comfortable ear pads
- The ear pads feature a low-resilience, around-ear design for a comfortable fit, even during extended listening sessions. Optional Toray Ultrasuede® ear pads (EX-EP-RP-SUEDE) are also available. They offer a soft, sweat-resistant feel and smooth, high-quality sound from deep bass to high frequencies.
