All iD interfaces feature the same discrete circuit design microphone preamps as Audient's legendary ASP8024-HE recording console. They minimize noise and distortion and bring the warmth of classic analog sound to your sound. These four mic preamps deliver sound quality that is comparable to that of a professional studio.

The iD44mkII allows you to reconfigure your studio to record more complex and larger ensembles. With two optical inputs and outputs, the iD44mkII offers a wealth of expansion options. It supports both ADAT and SPDIF, and you can add up to 16 channels of mic preamps to expand your I/O.

External hardware can also be connected

Connect your favorite signal processor to create the ideal signal chain. Two return inputs can be used as line inputs for the AD converter with a clean signal path, so you can control signals from external devices with this one unit.

Loopback Function
Supports Infinite Possibilities
The new Loopback function allows you to control multiple audio sources simultaneously. You can simultaneously record playback and microphone input signals from multiple applications on your computer and customize the audio sent to your streaming software. This feature is perfect for content creators, podcasters, and streamers.

The Loopback function is operated on the software mixer. You can choose from six different options for the loopback source to suit any practical scenario.
