The MD1 Pro is a passive, mono direct box (DI). The difference from the company's original MD1 is the inclusion of a three-stage input gain switch. It also supports speaker-level inputs, making it a direct box that can meet a wider range of needs.

To The Max

MD1 Proは、入力信号をそのままTHRU（スルー）出力へ送ることができます。原音に影響を与えることなく、アンプやモニターへ同時に信号を送れるため、マイクスプリッターを使用せずにシステムを構築できる場合があります。
特に、インイヤーモニターを使用する環境など、複数の機器へ信号を分配したい用途で便利です。

Clean, Clear Signal

MD1 Proは、Samson製STLX Mu-Metalシールドトランスを搭載。広帯域でフラットな周波数特性と超低歪みを実現するとともに、ハムノイズや高周波（RF）ノイズを効果的に抑制します。
バランス出力により、アンバランス接続に比べてノイズの影響を受けにくく、長距離ケーブルでもクリアな信号伝送が可能です。また、0dB／-15dB／-30dBの3段階PADスイッチを備え、ラインレベルからスピーカーレベルまで幅広い入力信号に対応します。

The Samson MD1 Pro Mono passive direct box combines superior sound circuitry with a highly durable construction, providing a high-quality solution for line, instrument, and speaker-level signals. The MD1 Pro allows you to transmit balanced lines over long distances without introducing noise.

■ Custom STLX Transformer

One of the key features of the MD1 Pro is Samson's STLX Mu-Metal shielded transformer, which offers ultra-low distortion, excellent protection against hum and RF interference, and an extended flat frequency response. The MD1 Pro's balanced output provides a cleaner signal that is less susceptible to noise than unbalanced lines, allowing for longer cable runs. The MD1 Pro also features a 3-position 0dB/-15dB/-30dB attenuation switch for switching between line-level and speaker-level signals.

■ Thru Terminal

The MD1 Pro's Thru terminal allows you to extract the input signal without affecting the original audio and pass that signal to an amplifier or monitor. Depending on the application, this is particularly useful for many musicians using in-ear monitors.

■Roadworthy Construction

Housed in a 14-gauge steel chassis, the MD1 Pro is designed to withstand the most demanding live tour conditions. Its robust exterior protects all internal connections, switches, and solder joints from impact, ensuring high reliability.
