いい音になりました

原音重視系のプリアンプです。
基本的には楽器や直前入力の音を鳴らしますので、特徴的な音になる系統のエフェクターとは異なるキャラクターだと思います。

バッファーが効いているのか、あまりイコライザーを動かさなくても、ハリが出てあーいい音だなぁとなるようなエフェクターです。

歪みも綺麗に鳴ってくれます。
ファットな感じにもできますが、どちらかと言うとスッキリした歪みで、かけっぱなしで原音にすこーし乗せるような使い方が良いとおもいます。

ベース用のプリアンプには端折られることがあるプレゼンスがついており、これがかなり有用です。
音のキャラクターを決めるような基本的なプレゼンスの使い方としてはもちろん、ノイズを減らすような使い方をしてもそこまで音に影響がないため、ラインで聞いても綺麗な音を保つことができます。

一つだけ、自戒の念を込めてお伝えしたいのが、電源は必ず付属の専用電源アダプターを使用してください。
もちろん、同封の注意書きにそのように書いているので、普通はそのようにすると思うのですが、私が面倒くさがってパワーサプライの12Vで使用していたところ、音も曇り、歪みも、ブーミーで使えない音になってしまっていました。

困っていたところ、専用アダプターのことを思い出し、使用したところ全く違う、クリアで良い音になりました。
専用アダプターがそれなりに大きい(3.5㎝,6.5㎝,7.1㎝)ので、パワーサプライで電源周りを纏めたい方は注意が必要ですが、それを考慮しても買ってよかったと思えたプリアンプです。

EQはDBS-1同様、とても良い具合に効きます。
Vitalizerの効果かDBS-1に比べると音抜けが良いような気がします。
ドライブに関してはアンプの歪みのイメージの設定はなかなか上手くいきませんが、いかにもエフェクターで歪ませたというわかりやすいイメージの歪みを求めている人にはピッタリだと思います。
自分は後者ですのでとても気に入っています。

バンドでの実戦向け

とても良いです。
moon製パッシブJBで使用した感想ですが、プリアンプchはいわゆる原音重視系でほとんど味付けはありません。若干のハリが出た感はあります。EQは効きが良く、midフリケンシーとプレゼンスが非常に使い勝手がいいです。
ドライブchはローファイなディストーション系の歪みでMXR m-80やdarkglass b7kのような激しい歪みは出ません。gainを全開にするとファミコン風な音（?）になります。飛び道具には向きませんが、mixツマミとgainをうまくいじってあげると太くて最高の音が出ます。
多機能で使いやすく、音はバンドでの使用を目的としたひたすら実戦向けといった感じです。
あえて難点をあげるとしたら12V電源とmixツマミの効きが独特なくらい…？
ネット上にあまりレビューがなかったので参考になれば幸いです。
