全弦1音下げくらいのチューニングにちょうどいいテンションかなと思います。
元々アーニーボールユーザーですが、6弦が.050っていうセットが無いのでダダリオにしました。
あんまり太いとナット的にもね・・・って感じなので、絶妙なとこかなと思って使っています。

様々な太さを使っていますがスライド用のテレキャスにこれを使っています。
まあ間違いはない弦ですね。

11以上のワウンド弦は大型店舗でしか取り扱いがないことが多いのでありがたいです。そして安いのがうれしいです。他の商品を購入する際に合わせてカートに入れてます。

コスパはよい

なんだか凄い仕組みのように感じるが、買ってみると単に近いテンションの弦がセットになっているだけ。
DADDARIOは基本的に4,5弦のテンションが高くそれを他の弦に合わせたようなセレクト。
最終的には好みの問題になる。
30年もギターを弾いているとたまに冒険したくなるのだが、慣れた感覚に対して違和感しかない。
音は信頼のDADDARIOなので全く問題ない。
合った人には若干安いセットなので、エコである。
フロイドローズタイプの場合、2点支持なので特にブリッジへの負担軽減やスプリングの影響はないかと。
またこれによってチューンが安定する、という感じもなかった。
（10年くらい続ければ差が出るかも）
ただやはり負荷の高いサドルなどへの影響はありそうなので、気になるようならこちらを使うのもありかと。

ここ2年くらいは同じDADDARIOのEXL115 XL Nickel Round Wound Blues / Jazz Rockを使用してきました。
数学的に算出された絶妙なバランスって文言に惹かれて張ってみました。チューニングはレギュラーで、セミアコに張ってます。1弦と4弦は同じ、2弦と3弦と6弦が少し太くて、5弦が細いんですね。文言の通り絶妙なバランスで6弦から1弦までコードを弾く時全く引っかからないので良いですね。これからこちらに乗り換えます。
