■Overwhelming sound created by a large 90mm diameter planar magnetic field driver

FIIO FT5 is equipped with a large 90mm diameter planar magnetic field driver that is different from conventional dynamic types. The extremely low-mass diaphragm is driven by the entire surface, eliminating distortion caused by divided vibration and achieving natural sound output with excellent transient response over a wide range from 7Hz to 40,000Hz. The vast sound field and delicate expressiveness faithfully reproduce the details of music.

■Ultra-thin 6μm diaphragm and innovative printed coil method

・Uses a PAR material diaphragm that is only 6μm thick. In addition, by adopting the "printed coil method" that combines a coil precisely printed with aluminum material containing silver using semiconductor technology, it achieves both excellent conductivity and lightweight diaphragm. This provides natural, distortion-free, clear sound quality.

■Powerful drive with powerful magnetic circuit

・A total of 20 N52 neodymium magnets are optimally arranged per channel to form a planar magnetic field with a strong magnetic flux density of approximately 1.5 Tesla. By sandwiching the printed coil, the potential of the diaphragm is maximized, achieving powerful and balanced drive.

■High sensitivity design that allows you to enjoy authentic sound anywhere
・Resolves the "difficulty of driving" that was an issue with the conventional planar magnetic field method. A 6μm thin diaphragm, printed coil, and strong magnetic field have achieved a high sensitivity of 110dB/1Vrms@1kHz and a low impedance of 36Ω. This allows you to easily enjoy high-quality sound to the fullest with a wide range of devices, such as portable players and smartphones.

■Comfortable fit and high-quality structure
・The lightweight and highly rigid aluminum-magnesium alloy housing effectively suppresses the vibrations generated by the huge 90mm driver while achieving a comfortable fit and a luxurious feel. The 3-axis movable design designed to fit the head comfortably fits various head shapes and prevents sound leakage. The unique spiral design open structure that does not seal the back of the housing effectively controls the back pressure of the driver, achieving high resolution and natural tone.

■Full accessories and high expandability

The high-quality included cable uses 392 silver-plated single crystal copper conductors and has interchangeable 3.5mm unbalanced and 4.4mm balanced headphone plugs, as well as two types of conversion adapters (3.5mm to 6.35mm, 4.4mm to XLR 4-pin). Ideal playback is possible with a variety of source devices. Two types of ear pads (suede, protein leather) with different fit and sound quality and a dedicated storage case made of genuine leather are also included, making it easy to use and protective.
