Pitchblack X Pro is the new flagship rackmount tuner.

ULTRA BUFFER is a newly developed buffer that improves sound quality when bypassed and maintains sound quality even when using a long shielded cable for connection to a tuner or when integrating a tuner into a complex effects board.
Most electric guitars have passive pickups with high-impedance outputs.
When using shielded cables, sound quality (usually in the treble range) deteriorates after about 5m, and the longer the shielded cable, the more it deteriorates.
The ULTRA BUFFER prevents signal degradation even when using long shielded cables and maintains clean and clear sound quality even when the pedals are off.

Designed for Any Installation Situation
The BUFFER comes with a removable rackmount adapter. By attaching it to the bottom of the central unit, the unit can be installed in a rack or placed on the floor as a stand.
In addition, it has output jacks on the front and rear panels, making it easy to install on an effects board.

High visibility with multi-color LEDs
The selectable multi-color LEDs provide overwhelming visibility.
You can choose from five different color gradations: blue and red, green and red, or cyan, green, and blue.
Selections can be made according to the stage lighting, the atmosphere within the board, and personal preferences. The left and right LEDs flash when the tuning is correct, providing a reassuring and comfortable tuning experience.

Ultra-precise tuning down to ±0.1 cents.
In strobe mode, ultra-precise tuning of ±0.1 cents is possible.
This is ideal for professional recording, stage work, and other demanding situations where even the slightest error can't be overlooked.

Four-meter display modes
Four-meter display modes can be selected to match the player's style.
In addition to the orthodox "Regular Mode," the instrument has "Strobe Mode," "Half Strobe Mode," and "Focus Mode," which indicate changes in pitch by the direction and speed of the meter flow. This makes it easy to see even the smallest errors. The Focus Mode allows for even more accurate tuning when tuning with the meter display.

Cable Checker for On-Site Use
A cable checker is provided by connecting both ends of a mono standard phone cable to the INPUT 1 and CABLE CHECK jacks. It displays whether or not the cable is broken, preventing problems on stage or in the studio.
