The YYZ SHAPESHIFTER is a new model that has all the features of the limited edition MP40 pedal, which celebrated the 40th anniversary of RUSH's 'Moving Pictures' album, on the YYZ SHAPESHIFTER.

Based on the YYZ pedal, the all-new BOOST switch allows you to increase the distortion in the top end by producing a 12 dB presence boost. The SHAPESHIFTER button can also be turned on to add 6dB of Schmegilka to the top end.

All-analogue SansAmp technology.
The all-analog SansAmp technology can be used to drive power amplifiers and speakers in live situations, support existing amp setups, or connect directly to the PA system's mixer.

Mix control.
The Mix control allows you to fine-tune the ratio between high-end clean (Deep) and harsh tube amp tones (Drive).

TIGHT switch
The TIGHT switch allows you to adjust the ratio between high-end clean (Deep) and harsh tube amp tones (Drive).

BOOST/SHAPESHIFTER
The BOOST switch increases the top-end distortion by 12 dB, while the SHAPE SHIFTER switch adds 6 dB of Schmegilka to the top.

...Drive.
Adjusts the overall gain and amount of overdrive, similar to when you push the output section of a tube amp.

Power supply.
It uses a standard 9V alkaline battery 006P (not included).
Note: The power supply is activated when the plug is plugged into In. Unplug when not in use to prevent battery drain.
