GRADO / GS1000x Balanced is an open-back headphone with a newly developed X driver, a super annealed copper 12-core cable, and a housing made of mahogany and ipe wood. The connector is a 4-pin XLR balanced terminal.

■The connector uses a 4-pin XLR balanced terminal and supports balanced connections.

■Uses mahogany wood, which GRADO has used for generations, and durable South American ipe wood. Achieves a good balance between the warm tone of mahogany and the tight sound of ipe wood.

■Equipped with a newly developed 50mm diameter X driver. By adopting a stronger magnetic circuit, a voice coil with less effective mass, and a newly designed diaphragm, we have succeeded in expressing the warmth created by mahogany wood more.

■The cable and headband have also been redesigned from the previous model. The cable uses a 12-core super annealed copper cable with a higher purity and a more durable exterior, bringing out the charm of music even more. The headband also features black leather with white stitching as an accent.
