Astell&Kern / AK T5p 2nd Generation is a headphone created in collaboration with German headphone brand beyerdynamic. It is the next generation model of ""T5p"" and is a closed-type headphone equipped with second generation Tesla technology.

■ Evolved Tesla technology with a strong magnetic flux density
・ Equipped with Beyerdynamic's proprietary technology ""Tesla technology"" that produces a strong magnetic flux density exceeding 1 Tesla (10,000 gauss) and achieves more than twice the efficiency of conventional headphones, achieving higher original sound reproduction.
・ By optimizing the baffle design and reviewing the material, resonance is suppressed. It provides a clearer sound and a larger sound stage.
・ The low impedance design of 32 Ω can be used with smartphones, etc.

■ 7N OCC copper wire coated with pure silver, detachable dedicated cable
・ The headphone cable uses a hybrid structure of 7N OCC copper wire made of high-purity oxygen-free copper coated with 4N pure silver. It achieves wide-range reproduction with high-purity transmission without compromising the potential of Tesla technology.
・ The plug is equipped with a 2.5mm/4-pole type that supports the balanced output of Astell&Kern players (3.5mm/3-pole conversion cable, 6.3mm/3-pole conversion plug included).

■New ear pads for a comfortable fit

- The ear pads and headband are made of high-grade synthetic leather that feels great against the skin. The shape-memory foam cushion also provides a supple fit. The high-quality material provides a comfortable fit even for long periods of listening.
