■AIR MODE
The ""Air"" function emulates the analog frequency response of Focusrite's renowned ISA microphone preamp. This function is ideal for recording vocals and instruments with microphones placed closer to the source.

■ALT Function Hardware Control (ALT Speaker Switching)
The 18i20 (gen.3) is equipped with an ALT button on the front panel. This function allows you to connect a second set of monitor loudspeakers to Line Outputs 3 and 4, switching between the two sets of speakers and referencing your mix to a different speaker set. The ALT function can be configured and selected using Focusrite Control.

■INTERACTIVE ONBOARDING
The interactive onboarding process makes startup easier than ever.
When you connect SCARLETT to your computer, it is recognized as a storage device, and the onboarding process begins by opening the internal disk image.
You'll be guided through software download and setup. This allows beginners and experienced artists alike to get started on music production faster than ever before.

SCARLETT G3 uses USB Type-C. A USB C-A cable is included.
