An in-line preamp for passive microphones (dynamic/ribbon). Connect it between the microphone and the mic preamp to add +28dB of clean, transparent gain to any microphone.

Thanks to its sophisticated Class A design and carefully selected FETs, the DM1 has a very low output impedance and at the same time extremely low noise levels.
A specialized buffer amplifier ensures a constant 28dB of gain regardless of the connected load.
The DM1 boosts the signal from passive microphones and sends a significantly increased output level to the preamp without adding noise or coloration.
The output impedance is also the lowest in its class, making it less susceptible to RF interference, buzz, hum, etc., even over long cable runs.
The slim yet heavy-duty metal chassis, rugged construction, and high manufacturing standards ensure reliability even on demanding stages.

■Note
DM1 is a product for passive microphones (dynamic microphones and ribbon microphones). It cannot be used with microphones that require phantom power (condenser microphones and active ribbon microphones).
To operate the DM1, a separate preamp/mixer/audio interface that can supply 48V phantom power is required.
