The TAKAMINE TDP181AC is equipped with a CTP-3 preamp that allows for tube drive at a low voltage of 6V. It also features a COOL TUBE control that adjusts the tube drive ratio, as well as a FREQ (frequency) control that allows you to set the frequency compensated for by the MID control.
